Tractors of Yesteryear

William and I visited the Tractors of Yesteryear show south of Longmont. We had seen the tail end of it last year and wanted to make sure we made it this year. It did not disappoint! Such neat tractors and machines.

I have never seen a train with large flat metal wheels. Still don't know quite how this was used. We will have to look it up!

The wheel was bigger than Fred!

 

This was a favorite, one of the few things William could actually sit on.

Tractor Tilt contest! Each driver would drive their tractor onto the trailer bed and try to keep it balanced in the middle for 10 seconds. The smaller tractors could do this much more easily. Just fun to watch the drivers try.

We will definitely put this on our calendar again for next year!
