This year we spent Christmas in Iowa! And we were blessed with good weather coming and going, so no flight delays (well, one at the end but not due to weather) and no horrific flying conditions. That was a lovely change.
But, first, we celebrated at home with gifts from mom and dad and McElroy side.
William got a special pair of Santa PJ's from us to wear Christmas eve.

Iowa! We went to a special Christmas Eve service at Papa and BooBoo's church. A nice photo of the 3 of us, I won't show you all the photos they hadd to take before just to get one where William was clowning!

William the elf
William's letter from Santa, basically letting him know he needs to work on his attitude and listening skills. We have been battling non-compliance, defiance and tantrums and Santa let him know he had been watching. Probably with the help of our Elf on the Shelf, "Stinky Pete".
Superman and Uncle Jeff out in the snow! It was COLD in Iowa, so we didn't get to go sledding, but did play outside some. Dad built an awesome snow fort one day. And another day, William and Jeff had a snowball fight!
