Hope Elizabeth just had her 4 month check-up and she is 15 pounds, 4 ounces, 65th percentile for her weight. She is also 26 inches long - 96th percentile for that. And she is so happy! She LOVES her big brother. He is her greatest source of entertainment and joy. He is also becoming her biggest distraction and sometimes I cannot get her to take a bottle because she is too busy watching him.
She can roll from her back to her tummy and sometimes back again. She has her head control down pretty well and will turn to watch whatever is most interesting.

First Friends!
This is a picture of my good friend Valerie, who I first met in the dorms at Kansas State. She and her husband live in Ft. Collins and they had a little boy, Gabriel, at the end of May. This is the first time for the babies to meet. As you can see, Hope was more interested in eating her shirt. Just like her mama, the girl doesn't like to miss a meal!

As we were driving to school one morning, William was chattering on as usual. Sister started burbling and he interrupted his train of thought to say "Sissy, stop talking over me!". HA! Things are only going to go downhill from here!
She is always making us laugh!
