December and Christmas - Part 1

December was a busy month! We were hoping and packed a lot in!

First - the tree! The kids love to decorate and Hope was able to help quite a bit this year. And it was nice to not have to hang our "nice" ornaments way up high so that someone small wouldn't bump them off the tree. She did try to find a couple of her favorites and pull them off a couple of times but she finally seemed to understand that they weren't for playing.

 See? Lovely? And fully decorated for the bottom 60% that small people can reach! HA!

 This was a new addition, William decided we needed Pokemon decorations this year. One of his latest obsessions. One of many.

One of other activities was a special Christmas music class! Both kids were able to participate and they absolutely loved it!

And a visit to Santa! Hope did pretty well this year, having William there was definitely a boon and helped to sweep the fears aside. 

 William did share a few things that he wanted for Christmas, but Hope didn't manage too many words. Too much in awe!
