Christmas - Part 2

Christmas - Part 2

The main event - the week of Christmas! Uncle Chris, Aunt Amanda and cousins Kennedy and Eleanor came into town! We had so much fun all week! It was noisy, messy and crazy, but SO much fun! We did a ton of stuff! We went shopping and playing the first day.

We all went to see Charlotte's web - a big hit with everyone! A great kids play at the Arvada Center, they always do a great job!

 Ta-da!

We even had a night of reading our favorite Christmas stories - with Grandma's famous cocoa.
We went to Christmas Eve services and had dinner with papa Earl.

And finally Santa CAME!
Hope got a new kitchen! A huge hit!

William got a new bike - can't quite see it here. This is everyone on Christmas morning. Working on legos and playing and general silliness.

Aunt Amanda reading one of the new Christmas books.

The two smallest crazies co-driving our car.

Here's William on his new bike! Kennedy is riding his old one.

Uncle Chris had to help them steer and avoid large snow drifts. Thank goodness we have at least a decade before they are driving for real. they might improve by then, maybe.

And FINALLY, Christmas day - evening, it snowed! Which pleased the Tulsa kids to know end because they don't often get snow and usually not enough for sledding, etc. So the next morning before their plane left we took them to our park and sledding hill! They had a great time!

Eleanor, I think enjoyed it the most.

William is all about the snow - a true Colorado boy.

A cousin sandwich on the sled!

We had a great time and were so thankful to have all of our family together!
