We've been working on potty training the last few months. We've been working on it since the fall, but definitely in earnest since after Christmas. FINALLY, the last few weeks it seems to have clicked and we've made great strides.

This is what happens when someone has back-to-back accidents and mom is FRUSTRATED. Your own personal piddle-pad.

 And after some success, someone gets a princess dress! Hooray! I think she got it wear it one day and then we lost ground again. But, no worries, it has since been reclaimed!

 

Another big milestone in March - Hope moved out of her crib and into a big bed! And even better, we bought bunk beds! The kids are still in heaven. 

Overall, it has worked out pretty well. We know they won't share a room forever, but this fulfills our short term need for a second big bed while leaving plenty of space in the room shared by two kiddos.
