Snow and Easter

Yes, you read that title correctly. Easter and snow should NOT appear in the same week, but if you live in Colorado sometimes they do. This year, we had a HUGE snowstorm just a few days before Easter. We got about 15-18 inches in our yard alone. Some of the mountain towns got a full two feet.

 It just kept coming!

 The kids had lots of fun! 

 While we waited for the snow to stop, we decided to dye Easter eggs.

 It had to be done - Easter egg hunt in the snow! That wascally wabbit still hid his eggs in the yard. Luckily, a lot of it had melted. Still, snow boots were in order.
