Meet Charlie

Meet the newest member of the family - Charlie! Or Charles or Chuck or Sir Charles, we have many names for him already!

William, at long last, has gotten his beloved dog. He is over the moon in love with his dog. And rightfully so, he has waited almost 2 full years for him.

Charlie is a German short-hair pointer from Iowa - BooBoo and Papa got him from their friend Melvin who breeds them. And had to keep Charlie for 2 whole weeks before we were able to come and get him.

But, William would tell you he is worth the wait. I, on the other hand, have a slightly different opinion. But, you already knew that. I am a cat lover from way back and for good reason - WAY, WAY, WAY easier to take care of! And I am all about less work!

Hope is thrilled with him, but he can also knock her down as they are about the same size when he stands on his hind legs so she is also somewhat scared of him.

We are trying to work with him and be patient as we know he is just a puppy and doing what all puppies do. And that this phase won't last forever.
