Thanksgiving found us traveling back to Iowa for some time with family and hunting for the boys. Even Charlie came and it is amazing that all of us survived especially Charlie. To say that he was not well behaved for the trip out is the understatement of the year. But, we managed.
And our highlight was LOTS of cousin time! Kinley and Maddie were there all week - the girls played together so well!
And cousin Ellie and Emmett joined mid-week!
Getting the kids outside for a leaf treasure hunt - trying to find a way to let them burn off some energy and Aunt Molly had the great idea of a craft project that needed leaves. Double win!
And Thanksgiving night we decided to let the kids open their Christmas gifts
from the aunts and uncles.
