Disney - part 3

Whew! Last day of Disney

We went back to the Magic Kingdom to ride a few more things. We didn't get to do a lot the first day and William insisted on riding the Pirates of the Caribbean again. That was definitely his favorite ride.

A photo I wasn't supposed to take on the ride - whoops! It wasn't until we rode the 2nd time that I heard the warning "no flash photography" and I took this on the 1st trip.
Papa and cousins treated William to a pirate gun, a medallion necklace other pirate gear. He was in hog heaven!

Train ride! We made sure to try all modes of transportation while at Disney including a boat, monorail, train AND bus. That alone made it a big week for William!

This was part of Tom Sawyer/Huck Finn island - absolutely perfect for small boys.

The only other activities we squeezed in were a couple of swims in the hotel pools including water slide and a boat ride to Downtown Disney for dinner one evening.

Our flight home was silky smooth and 4 hours long. Which I thoroughly enjoyed as it was a chance to just sit. William slept for 2 hours which was also awesome, he clearly needed the sleep too!

We both got "numb bottoms" from sitting so long. At one point, Fred told me "my bottom is SO rusty!" HA! But, as he slept half of the trip - he was a great traveller for the rest of the trip!

So long, Disney - we'll be back!
