Disney - part one!

This was our first family vacation ever. And we had a great time! It was not totally without pitfalls but they were all pretty minor. We went with my parents and my brother's family. It was truly a wonderful experience! The first night we arrived in Orlando, we were all eating dinner together and my brother, Chris, asked William what he was most excited about.
"Kennedy!" came the prompt reply.
Well, we didn't have to travel all the way to Florida just  to see her, but she does live a ways a way anyway, so what the hey!

We made it to two of the four parks and that was plenty. William still needs a nap in the afternoon, so we knew we wouldn't get to cover much ground. That was A-Ok with this pregnant mama as I waddled everywhere we went. I thought I was going to go into labor after the first day, there was so much walking and being on my feet!

This is William being a dork, and refusing to turn and wave at the camera.

Carousel

The famous "Sword in the Stone"! Guess he isn't the next King of England after all.

Kennedy's valiant try

Group effort - but no luck!

Mickey in the parade!

We celebrated Kennedy's birthday while at Disney even though it was a couple of weeks early. She went to the Bippity-Boppity Boutique for a princess makeover. Grandma Marilyn made her a special Cinderella costume which she wore all evening including glass slippers! We had dinner and cake together and then it was time for the fireworks over the castle! What more could a girl ask for on her birthday?!

This video is quite dark, but William's reaction to the fireworks is cute!

This photo turned out great after 6 tries of William making funny faces.
