We came, we saw, we conquered.

This is Christmas eve opening up after church services opening up just a few gifts.

William is READY! He wants to play Santa on Christmas Day, so he dressed himself in his Santa jammies so he could give out gifts.

 

Christmas Morning!

Santa brought some fabulous gifts.

 

This one is William's favorite - he specifically asked for a "jaguar this biiiiig" when he saw Santa earlier in the month. We couldn't find a jaguar, but we did find a cheetah. Clearly, he LOVES it! He sleeps with it every night. This enormous 3 ft cheetah in his bed.

 

Hope didn't quite know quite what to make of this thing!

Hope's big gift - the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse!!

Another favorite - a cabbage patch doll from Aunt Shelley. Hope loved it and went right to "burping" it - right on its rump.

 

A few days AFTER Christmas William swore he found elf, Santa and reindeer prints in the back yard! Here he is with the Santa prints.

Another special gift - Hope's stocking from Grandma Marilyn. She actually finished it last year, except for sewing it together. It was my job to sew it together and it took me the better part of the year. But, finally I finished it - just a few weeks before Christmas! A nice reminder that no matter what she is always with us.
